Location

The Washington, DC, Trusted Medical clinic is next to The Madison Hotel and across the street from Sweet Leaf Café.

Parking

There is a parking garage with ample parking connected to the building. Use the parking garage and receive parking reimbursement by following these directions:

  • Pull into the parking garage entrance at 1177 15th Street Northwest.
  • Stop at the cashier booth directly inside the garage, and notify the attendant you are there for an appointment at Trusted Medical.
    • The attendant issues you a valet ticket. Please keep this ticket with you at all times.
  • Let the attendant take your keys and park your vehicle.
  • Proceed inside the Madison Office Building entrance, just outside the garage entrance.
  • Receive a validation sticker for your valet ticket at the Trusted Medical reception desk.
  • Present your valet ticket and validation sticker to the garage cashier attendant once your appointment has concluded.
  • Pay $15 with a credit card at the cashier stand, and receive a receipt (the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs [VA] reimburses this $15 once the receipt is appropriately submitted).
    • Note: No cash is accepted at this location.
    • Note: If you do not have a validation sticker from Trusted Medical, you will be charged the regular valet rate ($34/day).
Public Transport

McPherson Square is the nearest Metrorail station. From the station, walk 0.4 miles (about seven minutes) to 1155 15th Street Northwest.

From the North:
Baltimore, MD
  • Head west on East Fayette Street toward North Calvert Street
  • Continue straight to stay on East Fayette Street
  • Turn left onto Saint Paul Street (becomes Light Street)
  • Use the right two lanes to turn right onto East Conway Street
  • Use the left two lanes to turn left onto I-395 South
  • Use the left two lanes to take the I-95 South exit toward Washington
  • Take Exit 47A-B for I-195 East toward BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport
  • Keep left at the fork to continue on Exit 47A; follow signs for I-195 East/BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport
  • Take Exit 2B for MD-295/Balto/Washington Parkway toward Washington
  • Merge onto MD-295 South
  • Take the U.S. Highway 50 exit toward Washington
  • Merge onto U.S. Highway 50 West
  • Use the right three lanes to turn slightly right onto New York Avenue Northeast
  • Turn left onto 15th Street Northwest
  • Turn left into parking garage, and arrive at destination

From the East:
Annapolis, MD
  • Head north on Church Circle toward School Street
  • Turn right onto School Street
  • At the traffic circle, take the fifth exit onto North Street
  • Continue straight onto Saint Johns Street
  • Turn left onto Clavert Street
  • Turn right onto MD-70/Bladen Street (becomes Rowe Boulevard)
  • Take a slight left to merge onto U.S. Highway 50 West
  • Keep left to stay on U.S. Highway 50 West
  • Use the right three lanes to turn slightly right onto New York Avenue Northeast
  • Keep left to stay on Massachusetts Avenue Northwest
  • Turn left onto 15th Street Northwest
  • Turn left into parking garage, and arrive at destination
From the South:
Fredericksburg, VA
  • Head southeast on Princess Anne Street toward George Street
  • Turn left onto George Street
  • Turn left onto Caroline Street
  • Turn left onto Herndon Street
  • Turn right onto Princess Anne Street
  • Take a slight right onto U.S. Highway 1 North/U.S. Highway17 BUS North
  • Turn right onto Centreport Parkway
  • Use the right lane to take the I-95 North ramp to Washington
  • Merge onto I-95 North
  • Keep right at the fork to continue on I-395 North; follow signs for Washington/I-495 North/Tysons Corner
  • Take Exit 1 on the left for U.S. Highway 1 North/14th Street toward National Mall
  • Continue on U.S. Highway 1
  • Turn left onto I Street Northwest
  • Turn right onto 15th Street Northwest
  • Turn right into parking garage, and arrive at destination

From the West:
Front Royal, VA
  • Head south toward Lee Street
  • Turn right onto Lee Street
  • Take a slight right onto Luray Avenue
  • Turn right onto West Main Street
  • Turn right onto South Royal Avenue
  • Turn left onto VA-55 East/South Street
  • Turn left onto VA-79 North
  • Take a slight right onto the ramp to Washington
  • Merge onto I-66 East
  • Keep right at the fork to stay on I-66 East
  • Keep left to stay on I-66 East
  • Keep left at the fork to stay on I-66 East
  • Keep left to stay on I-66 East
  • Keep right at the fork to stay on I-66 East
  • Continue to keep left to stay on I-66 East
  • Use the right two lanes to take Exit 64A for I-495 South toward Richmond/Alexandria

  • Take Exit 1 on the left for U.S. Highway 1 North/14th Street toward National Mall
  • Continue onto U.S. Highway 1
  • Turn left onto I Street Northwest
  • Turn right onto 15th Street Northwest
  • Turn right into parking garage, and arrive at destination
