Most Trusted Medical appointments are in-person appointments. Some Trusted Medical mental health professionals can provide virtual/remote mental health screening appointments. Patients are notified prior to their appointment if there is an option to attend the appointment virtually/remotely.

To find directions to an appointment, visit the Contact & Locations page, and select the state and city where the appointment is located, which navigates to the clinic page. The clinic page includes clinic contact information and detailed instructions for how to travel to the clinic.

Patients can bring one adult caregiver, family member, or friend when attending their appointment(s). Depending on the service required and the level of support a patient needs, a provider may ask the accompanying adult to wait in the clinic waiting room until the patient’s appointment is over.

Visit the Providers page to learn more about Trusted Medical providers.

Trusted Medical has been operating since the opening of the Fayetteville, Georgia, clinic on June 6, 2022.

At Trusted Medical, we respect our patients and believe they deserve to attend medical appointments in a safe and peaceful environment, which is why our clinics play quiet relaxation music and do not broadcast television segments/shows.

Veteran-Specific Questions

Follow-up appointments typically are not required. If additional needs are identified, the provider contacts the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and VA connects with the Veteran to share potential follow-up appointment information.

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) always attempts to provide exams for Veterans at clinics near their homes. If the service(s) needed are not available at the nearest clinic, appointments are scheduled within 50 miles of the Veteran’s home for general medicine exams and within 100 miles of the Veteran’s home for specialty exams.

Yes. Travel pay is available for Veterans who participate in Trusted Medical’s Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams. To receive reimbursement for appointment travel costs, please submit required travel documentation in a timely matter. Required documentation includes:

  • Origin address (place traveled from)
  • Clinic address
  • Parking receipt
  • Public transportation receipt(s)

Trusted Medical does not currently accept traditional forms of insurance because the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) covers service costs for Veterans’ appointments. In the future, Trusted Medical services will expand to include traditional health care options.
