Location

The Middletown Trusted Medical clinic is behind The Amazing Everything Store and the business center that includes Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers, State Farm, Spa Castle, and Fuchs Financial. It is also near Patriot Discount Oil and directly beside the new Social Security Office building.

There is a parking lot directly outside the clinic with ample free parking.

Public Transport

From the North: Middletown Area Transit (MAT) Route 584 — Newfield Street, which stops at Main Street Extension and Cooley Avenue. From the bus stop, walk .1 miles (about three minutes) to 99 East Main St.

From the East and South: MAT Route 581 — Saybrook Road, which stops at Maple Street and East Main Street. From the bus stop, walk 390 feet (about two minutes) to 99 East Main St.

Directions
From the North:
Springfield, MA
  • Head northwest on City Hall Place toward Pynchon Street
  • Turn right onto East Columbus Avenue
  • Turn left onto Boland Way
  • Use the left two lanes to turn left onto West Columbus Avenue/Hall of Fame Avenue
  • Use the left lane to take the I-91 South ramp to Hartford, CT
  • Merge onto I-91 South
  • Use the left two lanes to take Exit 22 South for CT-9 South toward Middletown/Old Saybrook
  • Take Exit 23B for deKoven Drive toward Harbor Area
  • Turn left onto deKoven Drive (becomes East Main Street)
  • Turn right into parking lot (same as the Social Security Administration building parking lot), and arrive at destination

From the East:
Providence, RI
  • Head southwest on Fulton Street toward Eddy Street
  • Turn left onto Eddy Street
  • Turn right onto Weybosset Street
  • Turn left onto West Franklin Street
  • Use the middle lane to turn slightly left
  • Use the right lane to take the I-95 South ramp
  • Merge onto I-95 South
  • Keep right at the fork to stay on I-95 South
  • Use the right two lanes to take Exit 69 for CT-9 North toward Essex/Hartford
  • Keep left; follow signs for CT-9 North/Essex/Hartford
  • Take Exit 22 for Bow Lane toward Harbor Area
  • Continue onto Eastern Drive
  • Turn left onto Silver Street
  • Turn right onto East Main Street
  • Turn left into parking lot (same as the Social Security Administration building parking lot), and arrive at destination
From the South:
New Haven, CT
  • Head northeast on College Street toward Phelps Gate
  • Turn right onto Elm Street
  • Turn left onto State Street
  • Turn right onto the I-91 North ramp
  • Merge onto I-91 North
  • Take Exit 22 toward Middletown
  • Keep right at the fork to continue on Exit 22 South; follow signs for CT-9 South/Middletown
  • Take Exit 23B for deKoven Drive toward Harbor Area
  • Turn left onto deKoven Drive (becomes East Main Street)
  • Turn right into parking lot (same as the Social Security Administration building parking lot), and arrive at destination

From the West:
Waterbury, CT
  • Head northeast on West Main Street toward Commercial Street
  • Turn right onto Meadow Street
  • Use the left two lanes to turn slightly left to stay on Meadow Street
  • Merge onto I-84 East
  • Keep left to stay on I-84 East
  • Take Exit 27 for I-691 East toward Meriden
  • Keep right to continue on CT-66 East
  • Continue straight onto Washington Street
  • Continue straight to stay on Washington Street
  • Turn right onto deKoven Drive (becomes East Main Street)
  • Turn left into parking lot (same as the Social Security Administration building parking lot), and arrive at destination
