Location

The Hialeah Trusted Medical clinic is located on the eighth floor of Palmetto Medical Plaza. Upon arrival, pull your vehicle up to the door at #7160, which is the valet entrance. The valet will provide you with a valet ticket and take your car keys. Enter the building through door #7100 (#7100 is on your left if you are facing door #7160). Once inside the building, turn left and walk down the hall through the set of sliding double doors. On the other side of the double doors, you will see a sign for the elevators. Turn right to access the elevators. 

Directions to General Medicine

Take the elevator to the sixth floor. When exiting the elevators on the eighth floor, there is a small black sign on the wall with white lettering to direct you to Suites 601, 602, and 606. Walk in the direction indicated by the arrow to Suite 601 down the long hall. Suite 601 is at the end of the hall on the left. 

Directions to Specialty Services

Take the elevator to the eighth floor. When exiting the elevators on the eighth floor, there is a small black sign on the wall with white lettering to direct you to Suites 801, 802, 803, and 806. Walk in the direction indicated by the arrow down the long hall. Suite 806 is at the end of the hall and slightly to the right.

Parking

There is valet parking and a large parking garage in the Palmetto Medical Plaza. The parking garage costs $8.00 per day and Veterans/patients can receive reimbursement by submitting their parking garage receipt to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in a timely manner. Once in the parking lot, pull up to door #7160 for valet parking. When facing door #7160, you will find the entrance door for the clinic on your left at door # 7100.

Public Transport

Miami-Dade Transit Bus Route 54 stops on West 69th Street at Palmetto General Hospital. From the bus stop, walk north .2 miles (about 4 minutes) to 7160 West 20th Ave.

From the North:
West Palm Beach, FL

  • Head south toward Miami on I-95 South
  • Continue on I-95 South. Take I-595 West and I-75 to West 20th Avenue in Hialeah. Take the Northwest 112nd Street exit from FL-826 South
  • Merge onto I-95 South
  • Use the left lane to stay on I-95 South
  • Use the right two lanes to take the exit toward I-595 West
  • Keep right, follow signs for I-595/Port Everglades/Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood/International Airport
  • Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-595 West/Florida’s Turnpike/I-75 and merge onto I-595 West
  • Use the left two lanes to take the exit toward I-75 South/Miami
  • Merge onto I-75 South
  • Use the left lane to take the exit toward I-75
  • Continue onto I-75
  • Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Northwest 138th Street
  • Merge onto I-75 South
  • Use the right two lanes to take Exit 1B to merge onto FL-826 South toward International Airport/Miami
  • Use the right lane to take the Northwest 122nd Street exit
  • Keep right, follow signs for Northwest 77th Avenue
  • Continue on West 20th Avenue. Drive to Pal-Med Avenue
  • Continue onto West 20th Avenue
  • Turn left onto Pal-Med Avenue/the parking lot, and arrive at destination


From the East:
Aventura, FL

  • Get onto I-95 South toward Miami
  • Follow I-95 South and FL-826 West to West 20th Avenue in Hialeah. Take the Northwest 122nd Street exit from FL-826 West
  • Merge onto I-95 South
  • Keep right to stay on I-95 South
  • Use the right lane to take Exit 12 for FL-9
  • Use the right lane to take the ramp to FL-826 West
  • Merge onto FL-826 West
  • Use the right two lanes to take the FL-826 West exit
  • Continue onto FL-826 West
  • Use the right lane to take the Northwest 122nd Street exit
  • Take the exit toward Northwest 77th Avenue
  • Continue on West 20th Avenue. Drive to Pal-Med Avenue
  • Continue onto West 20th Avenue
  • Turn left onto Pal-Med Avenue/the parking lot, and arrive at destination

From the South:
Homestead, FL

  • Head north on South Homestead Boulevard
  • Continue straight onto U.S. Highway 1 North/South Homestead Boulevard
  • Keep right to stay on U.S. Highway 1 North
  • Use the right two lanes to turn right onto FL-826 North (signs for FL-94/Kendall Drive)
  • Continue straight to stay on FL-826 North
  • Use the right two lanes to take the Northwest 122nd Street exit toward FL-916/Northwest 138th Street
  • Continue on Northwest 122nd Street/West 68th Take West 20th Avenue to Pal-Med Avenue
  • Use the left two lanes to turn left onto Northwest 122nd Street/West 68th Street
  • Turn right onto West 20th Avenue
  • Turn left onto Pal-Med Avenue/the parking lot, and arrive at destination


From the West:
Naples, FL

  • Get onto I-75 South toward Fort Lauderdale
  • Follow I-75 South to West 20th Avenue in Hialeah. Take the Northwest 122nd Street exit from FL-826 South
  • Merge onto I-75 South
  • Use the left lane to take the exit toward I-75
  • Keep right, follow signs for Northwest 138th Street
  • Merge onto I-75 South
  • Use the right two lanes to take Exit 1B to merge onto FL-826 South toward International Airport/Miami
  • Use the right lane to take the Northwest 122nd Street exit
  • Take the exit toward Northwest 77th Avenue
  • Continue onto West 20th Avenue
  • Turn left onto Pal-Med Avenue/the parking lot, and arrive at destination
