Location

The Carmel Trusted Medical clinic is in the Pennwood Office Park complex, building II. Suite 201 is the main clinic to the right of the main entryway.

Parking

There is a parking lot directly outside the clinic with ample free parking.

FROM THE NORTH:

Kokomo, IL
  • Head east on West Second Street/Second Street toward Indianapolis Avenue
  • Get on U.S. Highway 31 South in Prairie Township from S Washington Street and IN-931
  • Head west on West Sycamore Street toward North Washington Street
  • Turn left at the first cross street onto South Washington Street
  • Continue straight to stay on South Washington Street
  • Continue straight onto South Lafountain Street
  • Make a slight right onto IN-931/South 00ew
  • Take the ramp onto U.S. Highway 31 South
  • Merge onto U.S. Highway 31 South
  • Take Exit 125 for 116th Street
  • At the traffic circle, take the third exit onto East 116th Street
  • At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto North Pennsylvania Street
  • Turn left into the Pennwood Park complex
  • Turn right
  • Turn left into parking lot, and arrive at destination


FROM THE EAST:

New Castle, IN
  • Head south on South Main Street toward Indiana Avenue
  • Make a slight right onto Bundy Avenue
  • Turn left onto IN-3 South/South 3/South Memorial Drive
  • Turn right onto the I-70 West ramp to Indianapolis
  • Merge onto I-70 West
  • Use the right lane to take Exit 90 for I-465 North
  • Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-465 North
  • Keep left at the fork
  • Merge onto I-465 West
  • Use the right lane to take Exit 31 for U.S. Highway 31 North
  • Keep right, follow signs for U.S. Highway 31 North/Westfield/Kokomo
  • Keep right, follow signs for 106th Street
  • At the traffic circle, take the second exit onto North Pennsylvania Street
  • Exit the traffic circle onto North Pennsylvania Street
  • At the traffic circle, take the second exit and stay on North Pennsylvania Street
  • Exit the traffic circle onto North Pennsylvania Street
  • Turn right into the Pennwood Park complex
  • Turn right
  • Turn left into the parking lot, and arrive at destination

FROM THE SOUTH:

Franklin, IN
  • Head east on East Jefferson Street toward East Court Street
  • Turn left onto North Forsythe Street
  • Turn right onto East King Street
  • At the traffic circle, take the first exit and stay on East King Street
  • Exit the traffic circle onto East King Street
  • Turn left onto the I-65 North ramp to Indianapolis
  • Merge onto I-65 North
  • Use the right two lanes to take Exit 106 for I-465 East/I-74 East toward Cincinnati
  • Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-465 East/I-74 East/Cincinnati
  • Keep left at the fork
  • Merge onto I-465 West
  • Use the right lane to take Exit 31 for U.S. Highway 31 North
  • Keep right, follow signs for U.S. 31 North/Westfield/Kokomo
  • Keep right, follow signs for 106th Street
  • At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto East 106th Street
  • At the traffic circle, take the second exit onto North Pennsylvania Street
  • Exit the traffic circle onto North Pennsylvania Street
  • At the traffic circle, take the second exit and stay on North Pennsylvania Street
  • Exit the traffic circle onto North Pennsylvania Street
  • Turn right into the Pennwood Park complex
  • Turn right
  • Turn left into the parking lot, and arrive at destination



FROM THE WEST:

Crawfordsville, IN
  • Head west on Eastwood Drive toward North Englewood Drive
  • Turn right onto North Englewood Drive
  • Turn right onto IN-32 East/Lebanon Road
  • Turn right onto the I-65 South/U.S. Highway 52 ramp to Indianapolis
  • Use the right two lanes to take Exit 129 for I-865 East toward I-465 East
  • Use the right lane to take Exit 31 toward East 106th Street
  • Keep right, follow the signs for U.S. Highway 31 North/Westfield/Kokomo
  • Keep right, follow signs for 106th Street
  • At the traffic circle, take the first exit onto 106th Street
