Location

The Klamath Falls Trusted Medical clinic is directly across the street from Fisher Nicholson Realty and is near the Klamath County Courthouse.

Parking

There is a parking lot directly behind the clinic building with ample free parking.

Public Transport

Take Basin Transit Service Route 3 (Stewart/Lennox Loop) to the Main St. (Klamath County Building) stop. From the bus stop, walk approximately 0.1 mile (2-3 minutes) east along Main Street to 404 Main St., Suite 3, Klamath Falls, OR 97601. The office is near the Klamath County Courthouse.

Directions
From the North:
Kirk, OR
  • Head southwest on Kirk Road toward U.S. Highway 97 North
  • Turn left onto U.S. Highway 97 South
  • Take a slight right to stay on U.S. Highway 97 South (signs for Weed/San Francisco)
  • Take the exit toward Favell Museum Information Center
  • Turn right onto West Main Street
  • Merge onto Main Street
  • Take a slight left onto Klamath Avenue
  • Turn left onto South Fourth Street
  • Turn right into parking lot, and arrive at destination

From the East:
Lakeview, OR
  • Head north on U.S. Highway 395 North/South F Street toward Center Street
  • Take a slight left onto OR-140 West/North Fourth Street
  • Keep right to continue on Klamath Falls-Lakeview Highway
  • Merge onto South Sixth Street
  • Continue straight onto OR-39 BUS North/South Sixth Street
  • Turn left onto Plum Avenue
  • Turn right onto South Fourth Street
  • Turn right into parking lot, and arrive at destination
From the South:
Weed, CA
  • Head northeast on Eureka Way toward West Lake Street
  • Turn left onto Grove Street
  • Take a sharp left onto West Inez Street
  • Turn right onto U.S. Highway 97 North/Volcanic Legacy Scenic Byway
  • Continue to follow U.S. Highway 97 North into Oregon
  • Take Exit 275 toward Klamath Falls/City Center
  • Keep right at the fork to continue toward Main Street
  • Merge onto Main Street
  • Take a slight left onto Klamath Avenue
  • Turn left onto South Fourth Street
  • Turn right into parking lot, and arrive at destination

From the West:
Ashland, OR
  • Head northwest on Lithia Way toward Third Street
  • Turn left onto Third Street
  • Turn left onto East Main Street
  • Turn left to stay on East Main Street
  • Merge onto OR-66 East/Green Springs U.S. Highway 66
  • Turn left onto Dead Indian Memorial Road
  • Turn right onto City Road 603/Clover Creek Road
  • Merge onto OR-66 East/Greensprings Drive
  • Turn right onto the U.S. Highway 97 North ramp to Klamath Falls/Bend
  • Take Exit 275 toward Klamath Falls/City Center
  • Keep right at the fork to continue toward Main Street
  • Take a slight left onto Klamath Avenue
  • Turn left onto South Fourth Street
