Location

The Southfield Trusted Medical clinic is on the sixth floor of building 26211, which is between the parking garage and Arbor Lofts apartment complex, and across the street from ACC Automotive Credit. When exiting the elevator, take a left, then right, to find Suite 301 at the back corner of the hallway.

Parking

There is a parking lot directly outside the clinic with ample parking. The handicap accessible entrance is at the back of the building.

Public Transport

Smart Bus Route 405 stops at Central Park Boulevard. From the bus stop, walk north .1 miles (about three minutes) to 26211 Central Park Blvd.

Directions

From the North:
Flint, MI

  • Head south on I-475 South
  • Use the second from the right lane to take the exit toward I-75 BL
  • Continue onto I-75 BL
  • Keep left to continue on I-75 BL North
  • Continue onto U.S. Highway 24 BUS East
  • Turn left onto Lahser Road
  • Turn left onto West Eleven Mile Road
  • Turn right onto Central Park Boulevard
  • Destination is on the right


From the East:
Warren, MI

  • Head west on I-696 West
  • Follow I-696 West to West Eleven Mile Road in Southfield. Take Exit 11 from I-696 West
  • Merge onto I-696 West
  • Use the right two lanes to take Exit 11 toward Evergreen Road
  • Merge onto West Eleven Mile Road
  • Turn left onto Central Park Boulevard
  • Destination is on the right

From the South:
Toledo, OH

  • Head north on I-280 North toward Detroit
  • Use the right two lanes to merge onto I-75 North toward Detroit
  • Take Exit 41 for M-39/Southfield Road
  • Turn left onto M-39 North/Southfield Road
  • Continue straight onto Southfield Road
  • Use the second from the right lane to turn slightly right to stay on Southfield Road
  • Continue straight to stay on Southfield Road
  • Continue onto M-39 North/Southfield Freeway
  • Use the left lane to take Exit 16 to merge onto M-10 North toward I-696 West/Lansing
  • Take Exit 15 toward Evergreen Road/Ten Mile Road
  • Merge onto Northwestern Highway
  • Turn right onto Evergreen Road
  • At the traffic circle, take the third exit onto Civic Center Drive
  • Turn right onto Central Park Boulevard
  • Destination is on the left


From the West:
Jackson, MI

  • Head east on I-94 East
  • Use the left two lanes to turn slightly left onto M-14 East (signs for Plymouth)
  • Continue onto M-14 East/U.S. Highway 23 BUS North
  • Continue onto M-14 East (signs for U.S. Highway 23 South/Plymouth/Toledo)
  • Merge onto M-14 East/U.S. Highway 23 South
  • Use the left two lanes to turn slightly left onto M-14 East (signs for Plymouth/Livonia)
  • Take the exit onto I-275 North toward I-96 West
  • Use the right three lanes to merge onto I-696 East toward Port Huron
  • Take Exit 11 toward Evergreen Road
  •  Exit onto West Eleven Mile Road
  • Turn right onto Central Park Boulevard
  • Destination is on the right
