Location

The Jacksonville Trusted Medical clinic is in the Walgreens at 8309 Southside Blvd., which is at the intersection of Southside Boulevard and Baymeadows Road and across the street from the GATE gas station.

Parking

There is a parking lot directly outside the building/clinic with ample free parking.

Public Transport

Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) Bus Route 25 stops at Old Baymeadows Road and OPP Baymeadows Apartments EB FS. From the bus stop, walk southeast .1 miles (about two minutes) to 8309 Southside Boulevard.

From the North:
Brunswick, GA

  • Get on I-95 South
  • Head east on U.S. Highway 25 South/Gloucester Street/State Route 25 toward Stonewall Street
  • Turn right onto Highway 17 South
  • Slight right to merge onto I-95 South
  • Follow I-95 South to FL-152 East/Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville. Take Exit 341 from I-95 South
  • Merge onto I-95 South
  • Use the right two lanes to take Exit 341 for FL-152 East/Baymeadows Road
  • Use the left two lanes to turn left onto FL-152 East/Baymeadows Road
  • Turn right into parking lot, and arrive at destination (Walgreens building)


From the East:
Jacksonville Beach, FL

  • Get on FL-202 West/Butler Boulevard from Ninth Street South and South Beach Parkway
  • Head southwest toward Fourth Avenue South
  • Turn right onto Fourth Avenue South
  • Turn left at the second cross street onto Ninth Street South
  • Continue onto South Beach Parkway
  • Turn right onto Sanctuary Boulevard/Sanctuary Parkway
  • Merge onto FL-202 West/Butler Boulevard via the ramp to I-95
  • Follow FL-202 West/Butler Boulevard to FL-115 South/Southside Boulevard in Jacksonville. Take the FL-115 South/Southside Boulevard exit from FL-202 West/Butler Boulevard
  • Merge onto FL-202 West/Butler Boulevard
  • Exit onto FL-115 South/Southside Boulevard
  • Follow FL-115 South
  • Merge onto FL-115 South/Southside Boulevard
  • Keep left to continue on FL-115 South
  • Use the second from the left lane to turn left onto FL-152 East
  • Turn right into parking lot, and arrive at destination (Walgreens building)

From the South:
Daytona Beach, FL

  • Get on I-95 North
  • Head north on North Ridgewood Avenue toward South Ridgewood Avenue
  • Continue onto U.S. Highway 1 North/South Yonge Street
  • Use the right lane to merge onto I-95 North via the ramp to Jacksonville
  • Follow I-95 North to FL-115 North/Southside Boulevard in Jacksonville. Take Exit 340 from I-95 North
  • Merge onto I-95 North
  • Use the right two lanes to take Exit 340, merge onto FL-115 North/Southside Boulevard
  • Merge onto FL-115 North/Southside Boulevard
  • Turn right onto FL-152 East
  • Turn right into parking lot, and arrive at destination (Walgreens building)


From the West:
Lake City, FL

  • Get on I-10 East Baker County from U.S. Highway 90 East
  • Head east on West Duval Street toward Northwest Alachua Avenue
  • Continue onto East U.S. Highway 90
  • Continue straight onto U.S. 90 East
  • Use the right lane to merge onto I-10 East via the ramp to Jacksonville
  • Continue on I-10 East to Jacksonville. Take Exit 341 from I-95 South
  • Merge onto I-10 East
  • Keep left to stay on I-10 East
  • At the interchange I-95, use the left two lanes to follow signs for Jacksonville Beach/Daytona Beach
  • Continue onto I-95 South
  • Use the right two lanes to take Exit 341 for FL-152 East/Baymeadows Road
  • Use the left two lanes to turn left onto FL-152 East/Baymeadows Road
  • Turn right into parking lot, and arrive at destination (Walgreens building)
