Location

The Port Charlotte Trusted Medical clinic is located within the Harbor Professional Centre. It faces Harbor Height Road (not Tamiami Trail) and is directly across the street from the METYK Medical Plaza. The clinic is on the first floor of building 3390 and is between Total Gastroenterology and Gonzalez-Canal Jose M MD, Psychiatric Associates of Charlotte County.

There is a parking lot with ample, free parking surrounding the clinic.

From the North:

Sidell, FL
  • Head west
  • Keep right to continue on McCall Ranch
  • Turn left onto Toledo Blade Boulevard
  • Turn left onto the I-75 South ramp to Naples
  • Take Exit 170 for Kings Highway toward Charlotte County/Arcadia/Port Charlotte
  • Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Port Charlotte
  • Turn right onto Elmira Boulevard
  • Turn left onto Conway Boulevard
  • Turn right onto Tamiami Trail
  • Turn right onto Harbor Boulevard
  • Turn right into parking lot, and arrive at destination



From the East:

Harbour Heights, FL
  • Head west on Townsend Terrace toward Magellan Terrace
  • Turn left onto Broadpoint Drive
  • Turn right onto Tamiami Trail
  • Turn right onto Harbor Boulevard
  • Turn right into parking lot, and arrive at destination


From the South:

Punta Gorda, FL
  • Head north toward Carmalita Street
  • Turn left onto Carmalita Street
  • Turn right onto Taylor Street
  • Turn right onto Tamiami Trail/U.S. Highway 41 North
  • Turn right onto Harbor Boulevard
  • Turn right into parking lot, and arrive at destination


From the West:

El Jobean, FL
  • Head northwest on Sturkie Avenue toward FL-776
  • Turn right onto FL-776/El Jobean Road
  • Turn right onto Tamiami Trail/U.S. Highway 41 South
  • Turn left onto Harbor Boulevard
  • Turn right into parking lot, and arrive at destination
